Scholarship Description
Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, also known as Humber College, offers a number of International Student Scholarships for non-Canadian students from around the world.
Studying in Canada provides an opportunity to gain prestigious education through well-rounded programs that reflect modern business and societal values. At Humber, the International Student Scholarships are divided throughout the three semester intakes each year (Winter, Summer, Fall).
The International Entrance Scholarships is a range of FULL and PARTIAL renewable tuition scholarships for new international undergraduate students beginning classes in January and September of each year. Aside these entrance scholarships, Humber offers other scholarship programs with different ranges in value.
Eligibility
Applications will be considered based on academics, community involvement, referee/reference letters and statement of interest.
Renewal of the scholarship will be based on the student’s ability to maintain a 75% GPA in each year of his/her program at Humber.

Number of awards
Scholarships are divided throughout Humber's three semesters (September, January and May intakes) each year. Several positions of full and partial awards are offered, as shown below:
- Renewable FULL tuition scholarships - 2 in September and 1 in January
- Renewable PARTIAL tuition scholarships - 7 in September and 1 in January
- Non-renewable ONE TIME scholarships - 10 in September, 8 in January and 2 in May
Covers whole duration of study. Renewal of the scholarship will be based on the student’s ability to maintain a 75% GPA in each year of his/her program at Humber.
Scholarship benefits
Full tuition (approximate value of $12,800 CAD) and partial tuition (worth $5,000) renewable scholarships are available for both September and January semesters. The scholarships will be applied toward the successful students’ tuition fees.

Method of Application
The scholarship application instructions and forms will be included with your acceptance package which you will receive once you have been accepted for admissions. Therefore, you must first apply for admissions before you can apply for the scholarship.

DEADLINES:
International students are encouraged to submit their applications by September 28, 2018 (for January 2019 intake), February 1, 2019 (for May 2019 intake), May 17, 2019 (for September 2019 intake), Sept. 27, 2019 (for January 2020), and Jan. 31, 2020 (for May 2010).
