Wilfrid Laurier University is happy to offer the Olive Budd Memorial Award for undergraduates wishing to study at the university for the 2011-2012 academic session.
The Olive Budd Memorial Award is a FULL time Undergraduate Scholarship in Music (2nd, 3rd and 4th year) for Canadian students at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada for the 2012 academic session. This is an application for competitive scholarships and awards for undergraduate students.
The Olive Budd Memorial Award is an endowed award; established by Olive Budd, friend of Wilfrid Laurier University, to support and recognize a deserving student in the Faculty of Music at Laurier whose major instrument is the oboe.
Eligibility
Full time 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Honours Music students who have acceptable academic achievement (minimum cumulative GPA of 6.0) and whose major instrument is oboe.
Successful recipients must:
- demonstrate financial need,
- be Canadian citizens or landed immigrants, and
- be long term residents of Ontario.
