Wilfrid Laurier University via the Lorna R Marsden Scholarship Fund offers an endowed award. This is a Full-time Undergraduate Scholarship fund in Sociology for Canadian citizen at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada for the year 2011.
Endowed award; established to honour the appointment of Dr Lorna Marsden as president of Laurier in 1992. This is the application for competitive scholarships and awards for undergraduate students.

Students must be:
- Full-time undergraduate students in Year 3 in the Department of Sociology who have made a difference to the intellectual and/or social life of the department, the campus or the community;
- Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident (landed immigrant) or Protected Person;
- long-term resident of Ontario; proven financial need
