Providing scholarships for foreigners is one way of attracting international students to move to Adelaide. This means good business for many of the self storage facilities, especially near the university. A number of houses would provide rental of rooms and it would mean renting out self storage facilities to store their own items. Others would rent mobile pods and storage. Self storage facilities near such institutions that require mobility can have more opportunities for growth.
