Scholarship Description
Caleb University a Private Christian University committed to training future leaders imbued with ability and integrity in collaboration with Lagos State Scholarship Board (LSSB), will offer scholarship to successful candidates in their degree programmes on full-time basis.

Eligibility
Applicants must score minimum of 180 and above in the UTME.

Admission Requirements:
A minimum of 5 credits obtained in two sittings at the SSCEIWASCE, GCEIOL, NECO with results obtained before registration.

Method of Application
Scholarship application forms at a non-refundable fee of N2,000 payable into Caleb University with Sterling Bank Account No. 0020022195. Bank Teller will be taken to Caleb Group of Schools, CMD Road Magodo or Lagos State Scholarship Board, 254, Ipaja Road Agege for collection of forms.

Applicants will sit for an examination at Caleb Group of Schools Exam Hall, Kayode Odusola Crescent off C.M.D Road, Megodo.

Examination Date: Saturday, October 26, 2013
Time: 12:30 pm

Successful Candidates will be screened for proof of indigeneship I and certified by Lagos State Scholarship Board at the premises of Caleb Group of Schools, Kayode Odusola Crescent off C.M.D Road, Magodo.

DEADLINES:
Completed application forms should be submitted at the place of purchase or at the University permanent campus in Imota on or before Thursday, October 10, 2013.

The final list of successful Candidates will be released by Caleb University.

Caleb University, the only bachelor’s degree awarding private university in Lagos State, came into existence, following the approval by the Federal Government of Nigeria on May 2, 2007, rapidly followed up with the issuance of Operating Licence by the Federal Ministry of Education through the National Universities Commission (NUC) on May 17, 2007 for Caleb University to operate as a private university.

The university, with the two Phase one Colleges (the College of Pure and applied Sciences) and its 4 Departments and 11 Degree Programmes; and the College of Social and Management Sciences and its 5 Departments and 5 Degree Programmes, started full academic programme with admission of its first set of students, a total of 83 male and 58 female students on Monday, January 21, 2007.

Currently, it offers 16 undergraduate degree programmes and one postgraduate degree programme across four Colleges: College of Environmental Sciences and Management (COLENSMA), College of Pure and Applied Sciences (COPAS), College of Social and Management Sciences (COSOMAS) and College of Postgraduate Studies (COPOS). All mature programmes have been duly accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and relevant professional bodies.
