Scholarship Description
The University of Westminster offers the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarships for developing countries.
This scholarship program is the University’s most prestigious award, and is aimed at fully funding a student from a developing country to study a full-time Masters degree at the University.
For the purposes of the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship award at the University of Westminster, the term ‘developing’ will include middle income countries. If your country is listed below, you are NOT eligible. If you do NOT find your country listed below, you are eligible.
Eligibility
You must be an international student from a developing country and hold an offer for a full-time Masters degree at University of Westminster.
Eligible students must be from one of an eligible country. For the purposes of this award, the term ‘developing’ includes middle income countries. All countries, with the exception of the ones listed below, are considered ‘developing countries’.
Selection criteria:
The main criteria are degrees equivalent to a UK First Class Honours degree, financial need and development potential.

You should only apply for a scholarship once you have applied for admission and successfully been offered a place (either conditional or unconditional) on the course you wish to study. The University of Westminster is a public university in London, United Kingdom. Its antecedent institution, the Royal Polytechnic Institution, was founded in 1838 and was the first polytechnic institution in the UK. Westminster was awarded university status in 1992 meaning it could award its own degrees.
Its headquarters and original campus are in Regent Street in the City of Westminster area of central London, with additional campuses in Fitzrovia, Marylebone and Harrow. It operates the Westminster International University in Tashkent in Uzbekistan.
